Priory Country Park: Wildlife Watch

Wildlife Watch is aimed at 8 to 12 year olds but younger children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent. A donation of £2 per child towards cost of activities is appreciated.

Booking is advised for all guided walks as places may be limited, especially on the bat walks. However feel free to turn up on the day for the guided bird walks.

Volunteer Group Programme

Meet at the Visitor Centre (9.00 – 9.15am) unless otherwise specified.
If you cannot join us for the whole day feel free to come along when you can, all help is appreciated.
Apr 1st 9am-3pm - Willow Spiling
May 6th 9am-3pm - Task TBC
Jun 3rd 9am-3pm - Task TBC
Please note that the Priory Rangers may have to cancel a task day at short notice if the health and safety of volunteers cannot be ensured.
Under 17s MUST be accompanied by an adult. All training and tools provided by the Rangers. You will need: stout footwear (trainers not acceptable), suitable outdoors clothing, and a packed lunch. Tea and biscuits provided.
Volunteers will be asked to leave if inappropriate clothing and footwear is worn, or health and safety instructions are not followed.
